Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maine and Connecticut, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward greater emotional and relational well-being. As a Board Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Kink Conscious Practitioner, I specialize in helping couples navigate challenges related to intimacy, communication, and sexual wellness.
My approach to couples counseling is collaborative and compassionate, with a focus on helping partners break through patterns of disconnection and cultivate deeper emotional and physical intimacy. Whether you're navigating mismatched desire, recovering from infidelity, or simply feeling stuck in your relationship, I provide a supportive space to explore your needs, improve communication, and create a more fulfilling connection.
In addition to couples counseling, I offer individual therapy for those seeking support with anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and sexual wellness.

I offer 50-minute and extended 75-minute sessions to allow space for deeper work, tailored to your needs.
Clients can choose in person or virtual session in Massachusetts and virtual telehealth services for adults located in Massachusetts and Maine and Connecticut
I also specialize in psychedelic integration work, exploring how psychedelics can profoundly impact sexuality and relationships. By facilitating shifts in perception and fostering deeper emotional connection, psychedelics can help clients address intimacy challenges, heal past wounds, and open new pathways to connection and self-discovery.
Alongside my clinical work, I offer public speaking and workshops on topics related to sexual wellness, intimacy, and relationships. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples foster healthier, more fulfilling connections through education and open dialogue.
I believe that every person deserves to feel empowered and confident in their relationships and sexuality. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique experiences, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward greater fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I support clients in Massachusetts, Maine, and Connecticut through both in person and telehealth therapy. My work emphasizes:

Do you accept insurance?

I choose not to work with insurance companies so that therapy can remain private, flexible, and truly tailored to you. This approach allows us to focus on your goals- without the restriction of session limites, rigid timelines, or mandatory health diagnosis that becomes a part of your permanent record. Together, we can decide what you need, how often we meet, and for how long- free from interference. For those with out of network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
